Our original plan for an outdoor party was shattered due to heavy rain and cold weather. Mr. Wilson helped us get a place for our memorable event at the last minute. Thank you Hyallt Place and folks like Mr. Wilson who are so great and so helpful.Enjoyed oyr stay as t this clean a and modern hotel with a full buffet and delicious breakfast.”

“The room was very clean, but the parking lot was extremely full, and there was almost no space to park. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem friendly or welcoming. After driving for 20 hours, I asked if there was any possibility of checking in early. I completely understand that the rooms were still being cleaned, but the way the situation was communicated felt rude and lacking in courtesy. A more polite and respectful response would have been appreciated.”
