The two that were the nicest and most helpful were Sergey and I didn't get his name but he worked a double on Thanksgiving so others could have it off I have a crazy work schedule so it was nice that laundry was open 24 hrs allowing me to wash late night or very early morning . "Words aren't enough to express how much I love staying at the HRH. Everyone is amazing, they make the lobby feel like your front porch, the rooms are so comfortable. First time in a suite this time and the full kitchen helped out because the food in Hood River is great. Try them all, spend a week, the pictures and your blog won't do the experience justice. We'll be back, hope you will too."
