"Great place to disconnect, especially if you have Verizon!! Nice spot to swim at the end of the road. Just needs some trails built into the 40 acres so you can explore it more easily. We stayed with our 4 kids, ages 11-17, they all had a blast and got off their electronics. Generator was easy to use for first timers so no worries there either."

"We stayed here for our son’s college graduation weekend. The cabin is everything described in the listing and more. Our hosts communicated with us so well leading up to and after our stay, sending great directions to help us find the property. The cabin itself is extreme clean and well stocked with essentials. The backyard and creek are just beautiful. It’s called a creek but to us, it’s more like a small river - just amazing. We loved our stay and would happily return!"

"Great cabin - clean, comfy beds and very quiet! Only complaint was the house water had an awful sulphur smell and we couldn’t drink it. Even taking showers & brushing teeth was unpleasant. Would suggest getting a whole house water filter and then the property would be 5 star!"

"We had a fantastic time at this property. Very comfortable setting, everything you need is right there. We stayed out by the fire pit deep into the night and were lucky enough to hear a great-horned owl in the distance. "Lovely stay at Henckley Reservoir. Emily & Kim(s) gave nice attention to detail like the waters and snacks available for excursions. We rented a pontoon boat and Andre was a great captain showing us around the lake first. Loved having a clean private beach to ourselves and the paddleboards and kayaks were easy to use. The view afternoon and evening was lovely including the loons. Thank you so much! Cabin was very comfortable and clean and up to date."
