"Physical property was fine. Nice basic accommodations but we were kept awake from 1:30-5am by some very rowdy teenagers across the hall and beside us. Took a while for property security to do anything about it and made for a very long day without sleep. "

Our itinerary when we come is chill by the pool, play at the casino and just chill, and we get to do that. We come from Kahnawake QC, Canada to visit. We book every year when Syracuse Nationals come up in July!"

"For the most part, the staff was great! The rooms were huge and clean. The pool had plenty of clean towels. Bathrooms were stocked with clean towels etc. I did not like the sliding door on the bathroom- no lock. Plenty of lights, outlets, and charging ports in the rooms. Also tons of storage in the rooms. The shelves and closet made it easy to keep organized. Kitchenette was perfect. No stove, but microwave.... endless coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of good stuff - fresh juices, yogurts, breakfast sandwich supplies, breads and bagels, cereal, grits, waffle maker. "

"They are doing construction, which begins at 6am! At a casino! Most people have only been asleep for a few hours at that time. I work for a hotel and we would never do any renovations or new building before 9am, and we are definitely not a late night spot like Turning Stone. The least they could have done was to let me know at checkin that there will be big trucks revving and backing up (with the corresponding beeping noise) and dudes on the roof right outside yelling down to the ground below. How about a walkie talkie guys? Bluetooth? Instead I was put right in the middle of the construction zone. A simple thing at checkin to inform me soni could have told them Im a light sleeper and my service dog sleeps even lighter. She didnt get much rest this week. They offered earplugs. Really. "

"Room was good but thermostat didn't seem to work well. Put temp to 66 at night, but it was still warm. Turned it down to 60 with no change. Very warm in room making sleeping difficult. Bed was a bit soft but that is a matter or preference. We actually stay here frequently when visiting family in area, and will stay again."
