"The hotel is close by the Central Station and it took us only about 5-10 min to push our luggage from hotel to station as we checked out. We stayed in Room 711 and the room has a good twin bed with firm support for our aching backs due to travelling. There is no kettle available in the room for boiling of water and we have to fetch hot water from a thermal flask at the reception counter. Ironing is available on level 7 inside ironing room. There is no fridge in the room. Water pressure is good in the shower room and temperature adjustment is great."

"The room was comfortable. The only minor issues were a broken usb port and a poorly draining shower. I did find the mattress edge tended to dump me off towards the floor so I had to be careful how I sat down on it. The breakfast was incredible. The volume and variety for the buffet can’t be beaten The location is also great. It is directly across the street from the train station so when we got off the train from the airport it was an easy walk. Very helpful when you are wrangling suitcase in a daze from a long overnight flight. "

"I love the grand hotels of days gone by. I loved having a comfortable upholstered chair in my room. I loved being able to walk around the bed without hitting my shins on the frame. This hotel does that and more. "
