“Our stay, in general, was fine. But here are my warnings for the next person.1- we had to open the windows for the cool breeze to come in but the noisy neighborhood disrupted our sleep2- towels smelled of mildew and food3- if your flight is arriving late at night, book somewhere else*when booking, I let the host know that we would be arriving “very late.” The host didn’t ask what time nor did they mention that they had a check-in cut off time. “Es un apartamento muy agradable y con muy buena situación en la ciudad.”

“The property is waiting for a customer like me to screw up. I booked for Thursday and Friday, but the property still put the apartment on available for Friday and Saturday for a higher price. Then, tell me they only have one night for me. And, can refund half of my money. That way they got three days rent and higher prices on Thursday! The apartment itself used old bedding. Did not setup for four people. I have to do it myself! Windows can not close, as we haven’t seen that kind of design. My……

“I arrived in Oslo and I still hadn't heard from the host about how to check in. I finally heard from the host and found out that the host had apparently canceled my booking and tried to reschedule it for the following week. This was not communicated to me previously. It left me stuck without a place to stay that night. I had to book a hotel room last minute. Luckily, vrbo reimbursed me. Not sure if the mistake was on the part of the host or vrbo, but the whole thing rattled me.”
