"The location was great. The check-in process was not good. We follow the instructions and the automated system was in Norwegian and we couldn’t understand what it was telling us. Thanks to a guest of the hotel who helped us get through the front door so we could check-in. Also the confirmation of the booking indicated that there would be breakfast delivered to our room, but nothing came for both mornings that we stayed. The room was good, but the bathroom was very hot and tiny."

"Loved the room. Very clean. The check-in process was a little confusing, but the host responded and tried to help in a timely manner. Location was great. It is next to a popular park. So there was a little noise into the late hours in the summer. Wasn’t a problem for us but may be for some. Overall I would stay here again anytime. "

"I arrived in Oslo and I still hadn't heard from the host about how to check in. I finally heard from the host and found out that the host had apparently canceled my booking and tried to reschedule it for the following week. This was not communicated to me previously. It left me stuck without a place to stay that night. I had to book a hotel room last minute. Luckily, vrbo reimbursed me. Not sure if the mistake was on the part of the host or vrbo, but the whole thing rattled me."

"The place was adequate for our (family of 4, 2 parents and 2 teens) 2-night stay in Oslo, but we were glad the stay was a short one. Poor quality and damaged window blinds in the primary bedroom did little to keep out light from the bright summer early mornings and it was fairly noisy sleeping with windows open for a breeze. The other bedroom had a wall shelf coming loose hanging tilted over the bed, and the toilet seat cover was broken in half. Picking up the key required stopping at a...
