"I would suggest you clearly explain about the setup. Although I have no issues, if someone was not as nimble as I, it should be clearly explained about the 2 sets of stairs, plus upstairs bathroom. If anyone needed a walker or whatever that would not have worked well. The kitchen worked very well for what I needed."

Spacious, homey, plain Jane and comfy. Super clean with a home away from home feel. Stocked kitchen, plenty of assorted coffees and teas. If you don't need over the top fancy this place is perfect. I would say that when I think of not meticulous, I would think perhaps the baseboards aren't dusted. But the mirror in the bath wasn't clean. Handles, sink spout, kitchen spout, counters - all had visible uncleanness (specifically in the bathroom it appeared to be toothpaste splooge marks on the sink, faucet, and mirror. "This is the cutest apartment ever with very warm and inviting decor! Gesine really thought of everything for the lotus. This place was so cozy and peaceful! The hot tub was an awesome bonus!! The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the adorable deck for our low key mornings and a hot cup of coffee!! We had everything we needed for our stay thanks to Gesine. And she was always available for questions and was readily available for our needs. Thanks again Gesine, we will definitely be back...

"The place looks like the pictures, its a quite safe neighborhood, clean and everything is comfortable. But you better not be planning on sleeping in or having privacy in the bedroom!! The host has blinds on all the windows except for the bedroom and the light blares in early in the morning. It also is inline with the 2nd story of the house next door so you will have a set of eyes watching you in the morning………."

"Travis was a great host. The outside property left a lot to be desired, however, the inside of the apartment made up for it. The apartment was spotless. The coffee/tea bar made traveling easier and the wine was a great touch. The apartment is in walking distance to an adorable town filled with great restaurants and shops and was only 10 minutes from UNH."

"Visiting Family in Epping to celebrate Thanksgiving. My wife and I and our adult son, his partner and their miniature Australian Shephard. Great accommodations, clean, everything you need in a kitchen, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the screened in porch and outside patio. Unfortunately, we won't be saying there again as we are in the process of moving from Maryland to New Hampshire! But we absolutelu would."
