Quick over nighter

Beautiful room with a lovely comfy bed. Large en-suite with shower/bath. Had a great nights sleep as very quiet area. Breakfast was a lovely selection of cold and cooked choices. Fiona and her husband were lovely hosts. Would stay again and recommend.

What an absolute delight. This has to be the best place I have ever stopped at, the hosts were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. The breakfast was just perfect every day, I only tried the full Scottish and it was cooked to perfection. The view of the Loch every morning was stunning. Can't wait to go back.

The B&B was near Rogie falls where we watched with fascination the salmon trying to leap the falls. It was also near Strathpeffer. We were provided a large rather spacious room. Very comfortable!

Derek and Fiona are the best hosts I hv ever met. Though we arrive late, they had no issue at all and came out to receive us warmly and welcoming. The room is absolutely fantastic, neat and tidy. Can see they put a great deal of efforts to decorate them. Feeling very homey :)

A rare gem to be found!

The place is an absolute gem! And I am definitely not looking for any other place whenever I am traveling in the region! 10 out of 10 ! I am getting excited just by thinking of my next visit! The hosts ? Everyone will love them! I know I do. It would be very difficult for others to match the level of their hospitality, friendliness and kindness!

This lovely guest house overlooks an idyllic loch and is perfectly situated for access to both the highlands and to facilities in Dingwall and Inverness. The area is stunningly beautiful. Our short stay was an absolute pleasure and our hosts couldn’t have been more hospitable, attentive and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also great and set us up for the day ahead perfectly. We hope to return another day soon.

Fabulous stay , easy find , easy parking , great hosts , fabulous and very very comfortable room , great en suite with bath . Great TV and wifi signals . Host Fiona lovely and helpful , booked us into the Conor for dinner , which was great . Fiona’s breakfast and Derek serving just top drawer . The breakfast was quality produce and cooked to perfection . To be honest it truly was faultless , thank you both 👍

Michael & jennys wedding anniversary trip

This property proved to be the perfect choice for our much delayed wedding anniversary trip,located in a lovely tranquil lochside setting and within easy reach of many of our favourite places in the highlands.You could not wish for more welcoming hosts than Derek and Fiona who will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, Fionas breakfasts are amazing while Derek looks after the toast.We have been visiting sotland reguarly for over 50 years and can honestly say this is one of the best places we have stayed at, thank you so much for making our trip so memorable
