The hotel was clean and had decent amenities - except the pool. There is a curb around the pool that is not marked at all - to sign. no white or yellow paint, nothing. Unfortunately, I fell off this curb and broke my wrist and scraped up my knees. A gentleman at the pool helped me up and got me in a chair. He went and told the front desk. No one came out. After an hour, i went back to my room and my granddaughters went to the front desk to get bandages and a bag for ice. They told the front desk what happened. Still no one contacted me. Finally, I went to the front desk myself, was told someone would come talk to me - you guessed it...no one came. Four different people on three different occasions told the front desk and no one contacted me. That is a very unsafe area around the pool, someone got hurt and the hotel did nothing. Very disappointing.
