"I was exhausted, but the young lady at the desk was extremely welcoming and friendly. Very refreshing, I left my watch and called, and another staff member within 10 minutes sent me a link where I could have my watch mailed to me. We live in a world where customer service is hard to come by, and its much appreciated "

"The room was had been updated and was very nice. The overall space was great for 4 people. I liked that the sink was separate from the bathroom. The toilet/shower combo was a bit small. The only negative was getting the space cook enough for sleeping. It was a traditional floor mounted unit and seemed to struggle. They setved a nice, free breakfast buffet in the morning. Would stay here again. Was a quick drive to CLT."
