“The property was fine. Me and my son stayed one night for a basketball tournament. The room was clean and front desk was friendly.”

“Not organized and lost our reservation even though we had prepaid and had several confirmations from Expedia and the hotel itself. We were told we were on a waitlist and after a 14 hour drive, had to sit outside the lobby for over an hour and a half before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and no one was available after 9pm when the office closed. This caused extra stress and anxiety about getting back before 9pm because the first night our friends returned around 10:30pm……

“Overall stay was good. There was no iron in the room but there was an ironing board. Towels were limited. There could have been juices for breakfast but only tea and coffee. Staff was friendly. There was no gym that i could see. There were people standing and sitting in the parking lot that gave off a uncomfortable look. ”

“Person at check in was efficient enough but not very friendly. Nonetheless we got checked in with no problems Cleanliness of room/bathroom was ok. Linens were good and beds were comfortable. However this hotel is very run down and in bad need of repair/updating. Items in the bathroom were rusting. Not a nice smell in the hallways. Breakfast was very basic and minimal. Eating area was small, crowded and not well taken care of. Have marked this hotel for not staying in again. I think it has……

“No still waiting on my refund we did not stay there there was cockroaches in the bed we did not even stay there they said they were going to refund us and I still haven't received it”

“Clean room but nothing around the hotel. It was in an industrial area and too expensive for what you get.”

“Clean rooms, spacious and quiet. Very friendly and accommodating staff, from the front desk to the kitchen and bar as well. Charming area, wished we could have stayed longer to explore around ”

“Very convenient especially with club volleyball. Definitely would stay there again ”

“The stay was, for the most part, good. However, we stayed for three nights, and housekeeping never entered our room. I think they should have come in at least once to empty the trash and do a few minor checks. Parking was a little challenging, especially in the beginning with large mobile cranes doing some type of work in the parking lot. The breakfast was good.”

“The room smelled of smoke and cleanliness was an issue. The worst is a large bug crawled out from under the bed. I left at 3 in the morning because I was so uncomfortable in the room. You have a lot of work to do to clean up this facility. ”
