The property is beautiful, the people are nice and best of all… I got a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was fabulous - get the eggs benedict. My only complaint, which is minor, please serve tea with the correct temp of hot water. I know tea drinkers are the minority but hot water will go a long way with us.

Hotel is very nice and staff could not be more attentive.Can't beat the location for ease off transportation in all directions to VA,to I-81,to Bristol or Johnson City.Stay at various places in the area but because of VALUE,will be a regular repeat customer.

The only (2) problems were finding the location in the dark because it is high up on a hill & hard to see the entrance. The other problem was with the charges. The website did not show an additional fee for a pet & the clerk could not tell if the charges had been charged to my credit card so I had to...
