“When we arrived, the young man at the front desk, Harry, was very friendly and helpful. We were initially assigned room 106, but we had to move to room 110 because we couldn't figure out how to get the water to drain from the bathtub. Unfortunately, the phone in the room was not working, so we had to walk to get assistance. Harry was understanding and kindly gave us room 110.
