“When I booked the room, there was no notice that there would be an extra fee for pets, and it clearly said pets friendly. When I took my dog to the hotel, the front desk actually charged me a pet fee, which was incredible! The reason was that I had to pay if I booked on Expedia, but if I booked directly with them, I wouldn't have to. It was totally unreasonable. “Location was good with lots of available parking.
Had to put the coffee maker on the floor to be able to plug it in. Three nights and the bed was never made up. Restocking coffee didn't happen. Had to go downstairs to ask for coffee. They didn't toss the takeout bag that was on the table even if it was obviously garbage. The one light fixture over the bed didn't work.”
