Positivr-new and still clean.Beyond that we would never stay here again. Staff to be helpful but BARELY speak English, we asked FOUR staff for Kleenex, they didn’t understand. Ask for a kCup was sent to buy coffee in lobby.They charged us twice for taxes and fees.When I tried to explain I was told “you don’t need to speak smart” and stomped away from desk Manager couldn’t fix either. The “adult pool” was the biggest disappointment! There is no adult pool. There is a SMALL SECTION INDOORS where you can wade through some water to a bar and sit on water stools. It’s not swim up. It’s more walk 2 feet up. There is no separate adult area! The outdoor pool is smaller than a strip motel pool, yet the facility has hundreds of rooms. We were there on a day where it was not very crowded- At full capacity that tiny outdoor pool will be a nightmare. The restaurant is ridiculously overpriced. We paid the same for three cheeseburgers in that restaurant that we paid at the fancy supper club across town where we had steak and lobster! Staff in the restaurant is VERY NICE but have huge language barrier which caused many mistakes with both drinks and food orders. Finally the decor. Supposed to be goth/medival? Found it dark and depressing. Gargoyles, red walls, heavy dark floors and furniture. For new you would expect bright and light. As a couple- I wouldn’t go near this place. Looks great for kids and that’s it- big bright arcade. Kids will like. Dells $ grab. Poor planning.
