"We weren’t sure what to expect for the price we paid but we were very pleasantly surprised. The house is lovely and spacious. I loved sitting in the sun-warmed conservatory and having that extra room is a real bonus. The downstairs shower room is a great addition. We were very comfortable here and found the area quiet and very clean. A small asda is minutes walk away. The local ‘Pesto’ Italian restaurant is a must. "Delay on showing us to our room due to staff serving at the busy bar. Friendly when shown to room. No bath towels due to broken tumble dryer. Meal in bar good service and friendly staff. "

"An absolutely stunning hotel in a brilliant location. The grounds, hotel and room were phenomenal, easily standing high above other similar accommodation in the area. I will be returning any time i travel to Birmingham in the future - anywhere else will just feel disappointing now! "
