Patios and outside areas could have been a bit cleaner.
Rooms are not very soundproof. We were on the ground floor this time and had people walking above us all night.

However be aware that early morning the connection between the hotel and the airport, via the NEC and Birmingham international, isn't open. Bit of a longer walk.
