“The room was clean and tidy but the bed felt wobbly. There should be ample supply of shampoos but there wasn't at the first place. The room felt kinda damp or maybe it was raining outside hence. The staff were pretty well behaved and professionally mannered. The absolute highlight of this place is their food service both breakfast and dining. Phenomenal cooking. The entire staff of kitchen should be praised and retained. The pricing was very affordable and the food at that price was an absolute……

“Front desk stuff was rude. Do not have basic sense of customer service. Hotel booked with free airport shuttle. The hotel did not honour that and charged us extra. Room had mosquitoes. Not sure why there was hype about this hotel. According to the service, this is the worst hotel in Sylhet. Will never stay here again. ”
