Hotel Looked like it was under renovation,some construction and maintenance. but they kept it out of the way of the guests. Staff was very friendly and Courteous, had a Nice Recliner in the bedroom. Clean room. Close to down town Boonville, and tourist attractions."

"I’ve stayed many times in the Tiny Home Village and the Haven House is awesome. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with designated off-street parking. The home was clean, fresh linens, and a lot of things to make you feel right at home. I will definitely be back again soon! "

"I needed a nice quiet place to sleep for the night. And this place is it. If you don't want the bussiness of all the places at the Ozarks, or qant something quiet, quaint and peacefull. This is the best option. Very friendly hosts. "
