The security lock on the door was broken, turned on TV had a picture turned off to go out to eat but when we returned NO picture but sound. Was told having issues with cable?.. Where you hang your clothes on was coming out of the wall. No clock in room, no kleenex box, the outlets on the lamp was loose for my charging box for my cell phones. You could take a shower and a bath at the same time (drain was very slow) GOOD: A/C

The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked. Definitely would go back again. Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food! Not a lot to do outside the hotel experience and spa unless you drive to KC.

My family and I had a good experience. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool !

We stayed for 3 nights. Room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and surrounding area felt safe.
