“Fun little place right on the Katy Trail. Hosts were very responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. Know two things: 1) bathroom is in a separate building next door; 2) food choices, especially before the weekend, are almost non existent. But that's not the owners fault-they provided a great place to stay and we will do so again next time we are on the Katy. Thanks!”

“Talk about a get-away! May not be everyone’s cup of tea, but If you want to unwind and disconnect, this is the place for you. Just need yourself a SUV or truck to cross the creek- we had no problem off-roading our rental Chevy Blazer. The host made it very welcoming, his communication was excellent. We had a blast exploring the property and would definitely stay again. Many thanks!!”

“This place is a gem. The cabin was meticulously appointed. Everything looks as though it’s brand new. I would put this host in the top 1% of those I have encountered. They communicated well and proactively. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Not to mention that they’re just nice people. I even knocked off a bucket list item by catching my first gar here. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Dark and creepy if you’re a single female staying alone. Shower and toilet are a short distance to walk to at night with minimal light. The owners are on site which was comforting to know after realizing who the random lady was that in fact scared the heck out of my guest by beating on the window of their vehicle. Overall not extremely terrible but probably wouldn’t stay there again.. ”
