“Pleasant, simple and well located close to the beach. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Generally well run and convenient for local amenities.”

“Excellent location, literary 30 seconds walk from the harbour. Room was compact but we had everything we needed. Shower drain needs improving, water very slow to drain after two showers. Being located on the ground floor next to the front door we experienced noise of guests coming in and out at night. Breakfast buffet was small but excellent quality with à la carte egg dishes also available. 15 mins complimentary massage in the spa was a nice touch and the WhatsApp concierge service was a life……

“We were travelling as a mother & daughter and enjoyed our stay. Checkin was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious with a newish ensuite and we had the use of a large terrace which was pleasant in the evenings. The hotel was conveniently situated to town and the port. ”

“The Hotel Benois was very conveniently located across the road from the beach. Lots of eating options nearby as well. The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Breakfast was very good with a decent variety of options. The rooms were very comfortable. Staying in Galissas is perfect if you want that beach experience yet it was a quick 15 min bus ride into Ermoupolis with the bus stop across the road. Having a pool to lounge around at anytime was also a treat. Would……

“Nicolas was the most knowledgeable, considerate host. He assisted with transportation, restaurant reservations, laundry and recommended important sites of Syros. Nicolas deserves 10 stars! The Palazzo is beautifully restored and feels as though you are staying in a grand home. Perfect location above town, breakfast included, water and espresso machines in rooms for your convenience. Quintessential experience in Syros.”

“There was a range of foods -we honed in on fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt etc. coffee made to your preference. Meat seemed to be processed. Staff were quite attentive and kind and compensated with help with luggage on precarious stairs. Soap dish shattered in shower when I grabbed at it. Shower was most roomy and easy to use on our trip. Decor somewhat vintage. View of port was amazing from our window. Great location to ferry, restaurants. No regrets. We would definitely recommend to those who……

“Location was excellent. Very clean and spacious rooms. More spacious than most other rooms in Syros. Breakfast was also good. Self serve buffet and had variety. No lift. We ran into an issue with our key pad lock and they were on site immediately.”
