"Professional, friendly & efficient staff ! The breakfast was great ! The location was close to the event center in Hampton. Our room was very clean & comfortable. A very nice hotel !"

"The staff was great! The room was ok. Double beds in rooms make it difficult for 2 adults in one bed. Room does not have a mini fridge. Carpets are awful, dirty and need replacing. Cleanness was hit and miss. Beds and towels were clean or new. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Pool area clean but needs wall repair. Breakfast was the typical inexpensive continental breakfast. A few restaurants within walking distance. Location is good for, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water country. Overall price was fair for the stay."

"Honestly, dollar for dollar, I get the most out of my stays at Sonesta. Just having a cooktop, for me, is a game changer. I stay in hotels quite often and there's always an added cost of eating out. With the cooktop and dishes I can just cook a quick easy meal for myself. The furnishings are modern and make sense. It didn't have the nicest or most expensive looking stuff but it made it feel more like a home and less like it was trying to impress me with cheap tricks and facade. The staff were warm and helpful from management and the front desk attendants down to the cleaners."

"Although the hotel is quite dated, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and provided everything we needed. The one negative was the air con unit was quite noisy. Other than that I would definitely recommend to others. The location in respect to Williamsburg was excellent and a pleasant walk into the town itself."

"Everything was great accept going up and down the stairs with our luggage to get in the lower towns section. My husband and I both have lower back problems and my mother has congested heart disease. Everything else was great."
