“Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion ”

“The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful.……

“Such a great place! Everything felt brand new, the staff was great and helped us with our luggage and storage. They had toys that we could borrow to the room that the kids loved. Perfect for them to keep occupied in the room. The beds were the most comfortable we had all our trip in Japan. Would love to stay here again next time we come to Tokyo.”

“We had a wonderful stay there. The iPad on our floor was dead so we struggled with check in but luckily one of the staff/cleaners was there and she was incredibly sweet in helping us resolve the issue. Definitely would come back to stay again. Thank you very much. ”

“空間寬敞，有洗衣機亦有烘乾功能不需要帶太多衣服。廚具非常新，有一個冰箱一個冷凍冰箱，分開的空間非常充足，最喜歡他寬大的餐桌。 唯一缺點是隔音不是很好，可以聽到地鐵通過的聲音，還有路上的車聲。樓下是餐廳所以走道上味道不是很好。位置在二樓沒有電梯需要自己扛行李上樓”
