A special thanks to the concierge for helping us book a very popular restaurant—it truly made our evening. “Room is good so as the services. Location is pretty good as well (yet just a reminder that there will be a uphill slope from the JR station to the hotel, so better go there by Cab if you are visiting w a lot of baggage.)”

“I have been visiting this hotel since 2012. This is my 4th visit. This is a beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms and deep plunge bathtubs nestled in the snowy forest. But what makes this the most amazing hotel is the staff and the service. As someone who travels the world for business rarely have I seen such honest hospitality and attentiveness. From laying our your warm ski boots out in the morning before you set off for the day, to welcoming you home after the day with your warm dry boots……

“房间在日本算大，在国内只是普通。特意问前台要了个看东京塔房间。酒店内的意大利餐厅出品很棒，下午到晚上看着都是座无虚席。早餐品质非常棒，水果居然有蓝莓，樱桃和金奇异果。日餐虽然不错，性价比不高。游泳池和SPA都还可以。但是游泳池健身房对非HYATT会员收费。酒店周围有商场，食街，美术馆，展望台，适合休闲游，但是不太适合初次到东京游客。”

“there was a situation happened and feel your staff was handle it not properly . I was in your restaurant meet someone but a colleague who was check in with me together requested change the key for her to get into my room and you just did but not double check with me. you change the key for her but then I was not able enter the room. ”
