“TravelNess Apartment was absolute perfection. It was incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable. We stayed over the Christmas/New Year holiday and the apartment was nicely decorated for the occasion. It was warm inside when we opened the door. The bedding was very comfortable. The two bathrooms were spacious & perfect for a large family. “The apartment was very centrally located which was great but it is off a close and the front door to the building doesn't close (just be aware). It was incredibly convenient to get to any of the restaurants, tour meeting areas, or train station! Very clean apartment.”

We needed somewhere to stay in Helmsdale while we waited to get the keys to our new property, and needed it to have internet speed fast enough that my husband (a programmer) could work. This comfortable cottage had everything we needed! The kitchen was well-equipped, and meant we didn't have to eat out 3 meals a day. (Which gets old, really quickly for me.) The bed was comfortable, as is the furniture in the living room. ”

The only critique we have is that there was way too much fragrance in the apartment. Multiple air fresheners. When we took our clothes out at our next stay the smell was very strong. ”
