Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of granite counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. Visit a local farmers market or grocery store and then enjoy preparing a delectable meal.

The main bathroom has a shower/tub combination, vanity, and amenities, including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

HALF BATH
A half-bath is located at the front of the unit equipped with a toilet and
vanity. The laundry area is also located here.

Great stay in Tampa!
I stayed with my mom and daughter towards the end of April. We had a little trouble locating the unit when we first arrived. The condo was clean and inviting, well stocked with kitchen supplies, comfortable beds and a great location. We enjoyed the pool most evenings and the neighbors were friendly. Overall, a great experience!

This home was better than the listing. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, beds were super comfortable and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Perfect Place For My Family!
The details of the unit were accurate! The condo was extremely clean. The rules/procedures were very easy to follow and appropriate. Communication with the owners was immediate. The complex is wonderful (we loved the front pool!!!). The location of the complex was near everything we needed....food, stores, universities, and beaches! Looking forward to our next stay!

Old Tampa bay
Nice condo on Old Tampa bay. Close to the highway but private setting. Made it easy to go places each day. Nice view from the balcony of the bay. Beds were comfortable even though there wasn’t a King size bed. I definitely got some good exercise taking the stairs to the condo each day but there is an elevator.

Vacation from hell
Upon arriving on the 7th of July the property seemed to be clean as pictured. I did find items from the previous guest including a hair brush on the sofa. On Saturday Morning I noticed bugs on the bed & on a pillow in room C. They were head lice which had infected both of my children head. Our vacation turned into a vacation from hell. I have never experienced head lice prior to this. We were uncomfortable staying in the unit and we did receive a full refund;However we had to vacate the premises within 45 minutes. The elevator did not work so we had to rush and carry all of belongings, groceries, and our kids downstairs. The unit is located on the 4th floor & they still had lice in their head. My son had long locs that had to be cut due to how bad the lice were in his head. We were displaced until Vrbo relocated us. The property should have been throughly cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. The cleaners failed to do their job the pillows need to be thrown out. My child now has a bald head due to this,he loved his locs and so did I. I did not intend to stay overnight but the least the host could have done was allowed us to wash our children hair before we left. The view is the only positive thing I have to say about the rental. The items I found should have been discarded and seen by the cleaners. Our entire vacation was ruined. There was also crumbs & trash underneath the sofa cushions which couldn’t have been cleaned.

Would Not Return.
The unit was beautiful but the property was nothing spectacular. Check in instructions that were supposed to be delivered. One hour prior to arrival did not come until two hours after check-in and messaging the property owner. The instructions were incomplete and pointed me to another property out of state. We had to request the gate code because it was not included in the original check in instructions. House rules informed us that there was a security camera at the front entrance, but there was also another camera on the balcony! There were not enough amenities and way too many instructions and house rules for the price.

Our family stayed at this property and it was great! Nice, big bedrooms and plenty of room! The property was clean and well stocked. My son loved the pool and there was hardly ever anyone out there. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful views
I really wanted to give a 5 star rating, but the property fell just a bit short. First, the good. The owners were very easy to reach via messaging and always responded quickly and in a friendly manner. We had only a couple of minor issues, which were resolved with no hassle. The property is roomy and bright. The views from the balcony were very pretty, overlooking the bay. the furniture in the condo was very comfortable, unlike many rentals that don't invest in decent beds, sofas, and chairs. The balcony was a great place to hang out, with 4 chairs and cool breezes. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and lounges. Our grandson had a great time in the pool, and it was a comfortable place to enjoy being with him. The reasons I didn't rate this a five star property were these, admittedly a bit nit-picky: First, the condo had a few cosmetic blemishes, such as unfinished patches in the walls, peeling surfaces on a few of the vinyl floor tiles, and an overall need for just a bit of sprucing up. This did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay, but detracted, just a bit from the attractiveness of the condo. Second, although we did not go to Tampa to watch TV, there was no cable. The TV's in the bedrooms could connect to online channels, but the living room could only be connected via my computer. Not a big deal, but a bit disappointing. Overall, a very nice place to stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

Solitude and views…
The floor plan of the condo is perfect!! Myself and my two teenage girls settled in easily to the bedrooms and we each took a bathroom. I was able to have solitude on one side while the girls hung out and laughed creating fabulous, bonding memories together. The condo is updated and you feel like you’re treated in luxury including very comfortable beds! The master bedroom has a walk in closet that can easily support a portable child’s bed for either infant or toddler and it has a register for great airflow. The look of hardwood floors were actually very soft to walk-on and the corner balcony was a perfect setting to the ocean view and pool watching. Communication, checkin and security were excellent- and what you see is what you get. The kitchen is well equipped and within a short drive you can have drinks with ocean view or pickup all the conveniences of home. It was a great time together of which we needed!

Our hosts were amazing! Very responsive to inquiries, like crazy fast :-) unit was perfect…lots of space for sure. Kitchen well stocked. Beds were ssoooooo comfortable zzzzzz. Check in and check out instructions very clear and easy. No excessive “cleaning” check out requirements as we’ve had with other hosts for check out. View of bay from balcony was great. Would absolutely recommend AND stay here again! Saving this place for future trips
