"I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. "Excellent customer service at check-in. Hotel staff are very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning is outstanding, with a wide variety of foods from which to select. The coffee is great! The hotel is slightly dated, however, it is incredibly clean and the rooms are very nice and stylish. Shower-head/faucet in bathroom is a little lower than I expected, but manageable. It will be a little difficult for taller people. Only a few English speaking channels on TV. Internet...
