We had the oceanfront room and the view is unbelievable. The beach is clean and water crystal clear. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was dated and could use an update but it was generally clean and odourless The bidet toilet is a plus.

The whole experience of being in Guam and staying at the Dusit Beach Resort was wonderful. The staff are very attentive. The room and the hotel are clean and well kept. The food in the hotel restaurant is very good with a lot of diversity.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was so beautiful and looked very clean. Incredible breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. My main concern was the smell and very loud music. The majority of the hotel smells very strongly of men's cologne. The smell is overwhelming and it is everywhere except for the room. The live music gets extremely loud in the evening. It felt like we were walking into a night club if we came through the lobby late in the day. The loud music and obnoxious smell make it hard to feel relaxed or welcome. The pool is beautiful and even has waterfalls. The beach is incredibly close and the water is crystal clear. You can snorkel right off the beach right there in front of the hotel and see gorgeous fish. We loved everything about staying here except the smell and the noise.

The top hotel in Guam in terms of location and amenities. Only issue is that despite being a top hotel, there is a separate charge to use the basic beach chairs on the beach in front of the hotel. Also, love the drinking water dispensers so folks can use a reusable water bottle, but the areas around them seemed wet and damp due to overflows.

This is my second stay here. Check-in and out was very quick and pleasant with no drama or delays. Thank you for that! Things have slowly improved. Bathroom still needs much work: poor paint splatter on the fixtures and paint borders are messy/sloppy, wallpaper is peeling and bubbling, bidet and exhaust fan were both not working, the top of the flat top shower fixture was very dusty (maybe need taller staff to clean) and made me sneeze several times. The liquid shower amenities were not clearly marked and the fixtures holding them together are junky and corroding with white residue. The room itself was very clean and comfortable...great job. Parking is always tight, but thankfully free. Now, the entire staff was truly excellent. Ms. Amalia from Aqua remembered my guests and me. She treated us like royalty. Soi staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Great food there. Loved The Grind staff...so friendly and welcoming and always smiling! That's the secret: make everyone feel welcome and important, no matter if they are local, military, Asian tourists or the odd visitor. The live music in the lobby was fantastic with locals and visitors feeling welcome to dance and enjoy the place. I danced by myself and everyone was so happy. The Saturday live band on 7.11.26 made sure all types of good music was offered. Excellent band. Keep this going alive and festive, Dusit, and you will always have many customers returning. I know I will be back soon for another staycation.

My stay at Dusit Beach Resort Guam was truly memorable, thanks to the warm hospitality and thoughtful service throughout my visit. I arrived on an early morning flight and was delighted when Jed at the front desk arranged an early check-in, a room upgrade, and a late check-out. Thank you, Jed! Your kindness and exceptional service allowed me to enjoy every moment of my stay in a beautiful ocean-view room. Each morning, I woke up to stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, spent a few peaceful moments meditating by the beach, worked out in the hotel gym, and then started my day with a large iced coffee from the café. It quickly became a wonderful routine that left me feeling refreshed and energized. During the day, I enjoyed exploring Guam, shopping, and discovering delicious local cuisine. In the evenings, I looked forward to watching the breathtaking sunsets from the beach. Every day felt relaxing, effortless, and rewarding. What I appreciated most was how comfortable and welcoming the hotel felt. It became more than just a place to stay—it became an important part of the overall Guam experience. I have already booked another stay in two months and am excited to return. Thank you to Jed and the entire team for making this visit so special. I look forward to creating even more wonderful memories on my next trip.

The location in central Tumon is perfect, with plenty of shops and dining options within walking distance. The pool is beautiful, and the beach right in front makes it even better. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were exceptional—thank you for the early check-in and the late check-out at 50% off. The lobby also stood out, with its lovely fragrance and luxurious atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated in soft pastel tones, creating a relaxing tropical feel. The ocean view made the stay even more special. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities: four bottles of water provided daily, plus a hallway water dispenser, so I never needed to buy water. The buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of internationally inspired dishes. The seafood was a highlight, especially the tuna—I went back for it several times. Traveling alone, I especially appreciated the restaurant manager who kindly took the time to chat with me while I dined, which made the experience more enjoyable. The hotel app was very convenient—I could chat with staff, request housekeeping (always done while I was out), and receive discounts at the restaurants. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked my next visit as soon as I got home. I’m already looking forward to coming back.
