À notre arrivée à 2h du matin, on nous a attribué une chambre-dortoir de 3 lits et une autre chambre dans un bâtiment séparé, sans salle de bain privative. Après réclamation sur place on m’a promis un remboursement partiel et mes filles ont finalement été installées dans une chambre avec salle de bain privative pour la……

“Staff were absolutely wonderful, fantastic location and great breakfast; however the facilities (in particular the showers) are in dire need of replacing. We had to ask to switch rooms because the shower head burst open and was unusable. The room we moved to also had the same issue which was a real let down because it's otherwise very pleasant.”

“The room was big and it was clean. Had hot water for the shower. Enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful. The only problem that I had with the room was that it had that old musty smell to it. I was thinking because the hotel is so old that’s why it has that smell. I would stay here again.”

“AC did not work and they couldn’t fix it. The water pressure was also extremely low which made it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. There was an awesome guy working 24/7 who was trying to solve all problems. Thumbs up to him. ”
