“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. But the hallway had a strong odor which was really unpleasant. And strangely there was no light to the property at night. It would be difficult to find the place after dark.”

“We checked in late evening to just have an overnight staycation since we actually live in Ranchos de Taos nearby. The staff member was great at check in. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room made alot of noise throughout the night & kicked on & off so much we did not get a good night’s rest. We ended up checking out before 6 am the next morning so we could go home & rest. We informed the front desk & she said she would speak to management……

“Great accomodations, fantastic food, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful property that's close to downtown Taos. I had the Sagrado High Desert spa treatment, which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this resort.”

“So when booked our stay it was for a decent room in the pictures provided by Expedia but when we arrived entered the room the pictures were not of that room. We tried reaching hotel staff by walking over to the lobby and NO one was there but was a sign to call a number but no answer when called the number.”

“Stayed here before doing some hiking nearby. 24 hour front desk was great for my late arrival. They didnt charge me for parking, which was a nice surprise. The hotel itself was very unique and interesting, although I didn't have much time to check it out. My room had tons of space and the bed was comfy. Would definitely love to stay here again when I wasn't so pressed for time.”

“Excellent stay few minutes from Taos Plaza. Surrounded by huge cotton woods, charming room vaulted ceilings and vigas, Planning on another, pet friendly trip back soon. Best stay for us in Taos over the years!”

“Staff was amazing and having the restaurant and bar on site was great! Would have loved a breakfast option in house Monday morning. Location could not be better. The room was clean and super Southwest coded. The 2 things of quandary were the lightly secured mirror above the bed that flinched with every pillow flip and the “rode hard and put away wet” carpet. Both of these were forgiven once you walked into the courtyard of garden and grass though. Would absolutely stay again!”
