“Linens were stained, the floor was left sticky after mopping, housekeeping “cleaned” the room while we were out and left the bed that we had accidentally spilled coffee on, left unmade. Asked front desk personnel to please have it changed, they handed my husband all the linens said someone would come change them, that never happened. I had to change the linens myself. I was horrified to find that the mattress pad had someone else’s body fluid stains, disgusting! No replacement of cups,……

“Room was very clean. Didn’t like the way they made the beds. Sheets were folded at mid mattress.
The woman, morning staff, must have been in a bad mood. Very short with every answer and looked like she had no interest in being there.”
