“The location is great but I dont think our bathroom had been cleaned in awhile... like hair in the shower, on the floor and the back of the toilet to include noticable dried up urine when you close the toilet lid. “Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help……
