Auch sonst war der Hausherr sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das solide gebaute Haus liegt an einer Straße, die kurz danach endet - mit entsprechend sehr wenig Verkehr, und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nicht extra erwähnen muss man den sehr sauberen Swimming-Pool und den Wintergarten mit wunderbarem Blick, der auch im Dezember immer warm war.
