We only stay 1 night but it was quite and safe we stayed in other motel 6 and they had shaddy people hanging out so it was nice at the motel 6 in Menifee

I paid in advance through the website. Upon checking in, the attendant required $40 in cash deposit. There is nothing on the site or in their lobby office stating this policy. I made them write on my room receipt but they would not sign it.

The front desk lock me out after I payed another night , I only had 1 other person come by and drop off medication and use the restroom for like 10 mins and she was rude racist and stubborn . This place customer service is garbage ...other than that hotel is clean Do not recommend for amyone

I've been to this property many times. I skydive in Perris, so it's just an 8-minute drive. I WAS ASKED FOR $40 IN CASH UPON CHECK IN! I've never dealt with this before. I am used to leaving a credit card deposit for incidentals, but she insisted that it needed to be cash. CASH! She even said that i was notified of this rule on my last check in. I wasn't. What's worse, there was a sign right next to her that said that "guests are required a valid credit or debit card at check in for the $40 deposit". WHAT???

I paid the full price with Expedia rewards points and at check in the lady wanted a deposit in cash only. WTH. When we questioned her about it she stated the fee had been waived. Fishy!!

Why is the a $40 cash only deposit? This is stupid. Check out staff sifted through the cards for 10 minutes pretending like she couldn't find it until she gave up and gave me my money back.
