Sam was a great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely give Sam 5 stars for hosting. The only drawback with the property is that there is a lot of road noise. Also, we were visiting relatives in Temecula and this location is about 15 minutes from Temecula . Not really a big deal though.
