“We had a problem with getting the door code to work at first. I had to call the property and they gave me another code to try. Once we tried the new code everything was great. The property was clean and well taken care of. We liked it so much we are thinking of getting our daughters sonething like it back home.”

“Was nice n clean, loved the space, was nice n quiet. Loved sitting outside on the deck. The tetherball for my Daughter. Enjoyed at nights when the longhorns came up to the fence. All in all very nice place. Ill either be back at that location. Or go to yalls other location at the caprock canyons. Lota fun. N had a great time. Thank yall soooo much!!!!!!”

“The Cottonwood was perfect for our son and his groomsmen. The cabin is spacious and was extremely comfortable for everyone. The proximity to Sad Monkey and the Mack Dick Pavilion was perfect as well. Tracy and her family are some of the best people we have rented from and we would readily do it again!”

“Picturesque countryside with dynamic geography that is a perfect preview to Palo Duro. Less than 1.5 hr from Caprock Canyon! The major ticket is that this place is far enough out to stargaze, birdwatch, and enjoy an untamed sunrise, but close enough that you're only 20 minutes away from gas and a steak dinner. Enjoyed playing with the dogs in the yard, and strolling along the road. The ranch hand lives next door, and is both charming and eagre to help! We will certainly be back for our next……

“We had a great family mini vacay. Close proximity to Palo Duro. Quiet and serene. Grilled steaks in the outdoor grill. Had a small issue with jacuzzi jets but quickly had maintenance over and it was fixed quickly. The scenery was beautiful. ”
