"Everything about the hotel and staff was perfect. The only thing that we had issue with was the parking arrangements. Our Expedia booking included free parking, but apparently parking is only guaranteed when booking directly with the hotel. Expedia were not transparent about this. Hence, on the first night, we had to park on the street and pay £14.40 for five hours...waiting for an allocated hotel parking space on a first-come, first-served basis to become available."

"Absolutely fine. Close to centre and walking distance from Home Park. A bit faded decor and no air con in the room but fans provided. Decent breakfast. Parking was a bit of a nightmare as on the day of my arrival the doors to the underground car park had broken and I had to route via Sainsbury's car park risking a fine but thankfully the hotel staff managed to override the parking database and it appeared to have worked. Generally all was good and I would recommend and use again."

"The location was very good. Easy walk to Barbican. The park was right up the street. The room could have been cleaner. The air vents were full of dust. When we brought this to the staffs attention they immediately cleaned it. The carpet could have used a good cleaning. The restaurant was lovely. The view was spectacular and the food was very good. The was very nice."

"The place was clean with things stocked as stated in the listing. The hosts responded quickly when we had a problem and sorted the issue out the morning after. The harbour and city view was quite nice from the attic room and living room, though unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it much due to the heatwave. There was a convenient tescos express down the hill and lots of places to enjoy food out nearby. Overall the experience was good. The biggest annoyance would probably be that we found the elevator only after we took all the luggage up multiple flights of stairs, haha"

"To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger. The good points close to the city close to the train station is access to shops there is Parking around the corner for £10 for 24 hours and it was quite quiet where I was. The bad not terribly clean dead flies all on the windowsill. The dish cloth had Brown stains all over it the half a dish cloth should I say kitchen window doesn’t work and it would definitely seem that this building is being used not just as Holiday lets I think there are some long-term residence. There is also a radiator at the top of the stairs no heating downstairs apart from a space heater and the Wi-Fi is not terribly good in that room."
