“Everything about the hotel and staff was perfect. The only thing that we had issue with was the parking arrangements. Our Expedia booking included free parking, but apparently parking is only guaranteed when booking directly with the hotel. Expedia were not transparent about this. Hence, on the first night, we had to park on the street and pay £14.40 for five hours...waiting for an allocated hotel parking space on a first-come, first-served basis to become available.”

“The apartment was really lovely and as described and perfect for our birthday celebration. “To be honest, I was expecting a little bit more when it said condo. My room is a converted outbuilding about the size of a garage although all the other rooms seem to be in the main building and look a lot larger.
