"I stayed here while visiting my daughter at UOB, the rooms were large and spacious, the bed was comfy and I loved having the bath. We ate at the Highfield pub next door, it is on the expensive side but the food we had was delicious and the service was great. Would recommend

"Extremely friendly reception staff when we arrived. They even tried to find us a room when we arrived in the morning to drop our bags. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, and one of the best showers I've ever stood under. "
"We had a fantastic time at Clayton Hotel Birmingham - my mum wouldn’t stop talking about it for weeks after the trip.
Hisham was very friendly and efficient. When checking in, I asked him if we could be allocated a room with a fridge as we had food. He recognised us from previous stays, and upgraded us to a larger, luxurious suite.
The breakfast was also lovely. It was clean and well maintained. A member of staff (I believe the manager) also checked to see if we were okay, which we appreciated.
Overall, a fantastic stay and looking forward to visiting again in the coming weeks. "
