"Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that took away from the experience. The positives first. The room was clean, and the common areas of the hotel were generally well maintained. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly, polite, and professional. However, the hotel feels quite outdated, and that became noticeable during our stay. The AC unit is inside the room, and every time it turned on it was loud enough to wake us up throughout the night. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. We booked an ocean-facing balcony, which should have been a highlight, and the view itself was nice. Unfortunately, our balcony was directly above rooftop HVAC units from the restaurant below, and the noise was constant and very distracting. It was loud enough that we couldn’t comfortably sit outside or have a normal conversation. On top of that, the roof below our balcony had visible debris and garbage, which really took away from the overall feel of the room and the price we paid. The most disappointing part was overhearing another couple nearby discussing what they paid for their room, which was about half of what we paid for what seemed like a very similar setup. That left us feeling like we significantly overpaid and took away from the overall value of the stay. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the noise issues, condition of the property, and pricing inconsistency made the experience frustrating and not worth the price we paid."

"We had a great (first ) stay at this Hotel. The staff was kind and very prompt with everything. We really enjoyed the breakfast daily and the valet parking guys and girls were incredible! Once the heater was fixed in the pool, we really enjoyed that..and the live music friday night!! Our room was perfect with the balcony view ❤️Having a mini kitchen and fridge was ideal. The pull out bed in the couch however was very uncomfortable, even for my kids. Only other downfall was the laundry situation. The washers did not drain well and left the clothes completely soaked, the dryers also did not work (even after 3 dry cycles) we were very dissapointed in that and hope they fix them!!! However, all in all we loved our stay and will def be back. Last thing ill add was the location of the hotel was ideal, so close to everything..perfect walking distance! "

"hands down the best hotel on clearwater beach. convenient location in walking distance to the pier, shops & local dives. beach chairs and umbrellas included in your stay makes it easy to enjoy the beach without any fuss. always treated like royalty here!"

"It’s a very nice property. I got partial ocean view room- it was great inside. To sit on the balcony was very noisy bc on that side of the building they had other hotels huge ac units that hummed all the time. I was hoping for a relaxing option. So spent more time on the beach in the cabana . "

"A great location within walking distance to the beach, shopping, restaurants. Rooftop restaurant offers delicious food and great views. Time spent at the pool will have you watching boats docking. Only negative was the easy access to non hotel guests to the pool. A couple of mornings we found beer cans in the pool. Spring Breakers!!"
