“smell is not good in the room.”

“The staff was so so welcoming and accommodating. We forgot a few things and they were so sweet. Very flexible on helping us when I scheduled the wrong date. The beds were extremely comfortable.well my daughter said hers wasn’t as much so maybe a little inconsistent. The pillow top on our bed was amazing. Very peaceful and local to everything. Everything worked. We have no complaints. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to go stay in Hot Springs. II only wish the price was a little……

“I was somewhat surprised by no phones in the rooms, but everything lived up to its reputation. Best if all was when front desk staff went above and beyond in managing to get a room downstairs for my elderly father. If you have never been to the Big Texan, please give them a try.”

“Apond checking in we were early and asked if a room was avalible. They checked and did not have any at this time around (10:00 am) They offered to store luggage until a room came avalible. We waited about 45 minutes and got checked in, the room was clean and the air conditioner was at 72 degress and it was wonderful. I have to give a Big Thanks to the Young Guy at the desk; he was so helpful and freindly along with the rest of your staff. Keep your staff happy and you'll never run out of……

“The place was very nice , the staff WAS AMAZING rooms were nice . Our only problem was the AC didnt work properly, they had an outside company working on the units , but I seriously doubt if they knew what they were doing . I look forward to staying there again either way .”
