“Great communication from the host, very clean cabin. Stocked with dishes and towels.The pictures really are from the back porch of the cabin, the view is gorgeous and secluded. Great for hiking trips to Pisgah National forest The only issue was there is a 10:00 or 11:00pm noise ordinance for the area and the cabin has a noise monitor for it, I didn't see that mentioned in the listing ”

The location was super convenient for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which we appreciated. The home was clean. "The only positives of this hotel are its convenient location and low price — unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room itself had multiple issues: stained pillows, a leaking refrigerator, and a noticeable musty smell throughout the room. However, the most unacceptable part of the stay was the housekeeping service. During room cleaning, the staff knocked over everything that was placed on the countertop, left the mess as it was, and failed to collect the trash altogether. This showed a clear lack of care and professionalism. While this hotel may appeal to budget travelers looking only for location, the poor room condition and especially the careless housekeeping made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not choose to stay here again."

"They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. "
