"Enjoyed the peace and quiet, but breakfast is awful 😖"

"There was a marathon “weekend” the entire weekend. When we checked in, the person at the desk gave a great welcome and explained the “kickback” reception and free breakfast but never mentioned that the music from the marathon would be blaring at 6am on Saturday morning. We could not sleep even with earplugs. If we had known, we would have made other plans for the evening before. then, we were completely shocked to have the same thing happen again on Sunday morning. I was given the valet parking for free as compensation but I now have to change my plans to drive back to my home - too long of a drive with so little sleep. Disappointed. They said they couldn’t offer any other compensation becuase I booked through Expedia."

"Room was clean and spacious, staff treated me well!! Kitchen area was ready for use, parking is free across the street if you have players club card and play for 30 mins. Stay was all good!!"

"3 starts only because It’s great if you’re going to a game very close walking distance. But the hotel is old and outdated, elevators are slow and no more than 6 people on at a time. Our sheets didn’t fit the bed and shorted us towels. Most importantly bring your own pillow, we even requested extra and they were lacking. Would expect a lot more for the $$$$"

"just an average hotel looking to charge above average rates. Terrible parking and dusty rooms but a great location (which they know). Terrible service in the restaurant but decent food. The only thing that was uniquely bad was the front office staff, just while I was waiting to checkout I heard them be cutting to multiple guests who were asking simple questions. Stay if you have to but would look anywhere else. They clearly don’t need to work beyond being a 2 star hotel. "

"I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and had a mediocre experience. There were hairs in the bathroom and stains on most of the textiles (curtains, rug, towels). Our key cards continuously became deactivated during our stay and we often had to come back down to the front desk for new keys. One time, I had to come back down 3 times in a row. I kept being told to keep the key card away from my phone as if it was my fault despite not having a phone on me any of those times. I was told someone would come by to check the lock before we left for the day. When I asked if someone came by when we returned, he told me maintenance wouldn’t be available until the next day. I was led to believe someone would be checking on it while we’re out. I still didn’t have a key that worked and I wasn’t offered a solution. The next day, maintenance came by to check the lock after I had just come out of the shower. I heard someone at the door repeatedly trying to get in. I was not called to let me know someone was coming and there was no knock at the door. All of these issues and I was barely issued an apology. "
