At my arrival I immediately smell a strong perfume scent, at the beginning tolerable, but after 3 minutes the smell of the perfume was unbearable and I started to have allergic reaction, my throat was dry and I started being lightheaded.
They tried to give me an upgrade for my room but the scent was everywhere in the hotel, staff was nice, tried their best, but the situation was critical for me.
I had to cancel on the spot and book a different hotel. The manager made a waiver to refund me 2 out of 3 nights, and this I didn’t like it at all, yes I didn’t have cancellation policy but when there is a health hazard involved this shouldn’t be an option.
If you are sensitive to scents or perfume avoid it. Also, beds are hard like a slab and rooms are small.
