“Our experience was incredible. The manager on duty that evening was amazing got us taken care of and when our room type was not available upgraded up to make our trip better. They also have a special little package for our dog which we loved how much they thought of him to.”

“The place was sketchy had to go up metal stairs in the dark to get to our room, when entering can see someone broke in before. Bathroom door has been locked and frame broken. The phone in room had no cord to it. The tub dripped all night and the beds felt so old and worn down. Overall not a good experience”

“Everything is new and modern and so beautiful. The washer and dryer in our suite was so appreciated. The only downturn at all was the booming music that started at 3 or 4 AM in the room beside us, and that wasn’t the fault of the hotel or owners, but of really inconsiderate guests - who were evicted the next day! I appreciate the apology from the hotel and the way they dealt with the problem.
I highly recommend the Lux Hotel & Suites. I’ll definitely stay again!”
