“Self parking was very far away and inconvenient. For a property of this calibre, I expected better. No shuttle was offered to and from this parking area. The room had a very musty smell at all times. I heard that the restaurant is great so I will return for that but probably will stay elsewhere in the area if given the choice.”

“I can’t recommend the Silver Lake Hotel enough! The new owners, Hannah and John, have done an incredible job. The recent renovations are absolutely top-notch, and every detail has been thoughtfully done. The rooms are beautiful, and the beds and pillows are so comfortable you’ll almost forget you’re away from home. The bathrooms are stunning, with gorgeous granite countertops, beautifully tiled showers, and amazing water pressure. Each room is also equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and……

“There were human nails on the balcony. No blankets for pullout sofa bed. The staff needs to remember who the customers are. Maybe more training. Delays on checking in. Rooms weren’t available. Nor longer a 5start facility.”
