“Great spot in Altoona. Near restaurants, shops and the highway. Very friendly front desk staff. I needed some help with my door card and I saw them helping others with their situations too. The room was good. Clean. The breakfast has a lot of choices. My only issue was a weird smell in the hallway. Probably just a strong cleaning solution. Once I was in my room, I couldn’t smell it. Felt safe. Slept well. I’d stay there again; it was much better than the nearby place I stayed in last time.”

“The bathtub looked like a mat had been removed and was left looking dirty. There was no pool or continental breakfast, and the internet access was horrible. We were very disappointed.”

“Room 229 had a leaking ceiling. You could see the spackle spot from where they tied to fix it better but over night around 1am when someone took a shower on floor 3 the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak. Dripping water into the bathroom light fixture, onto the floor and on the carpet. The staff was nice to move us to room 224, but they really need to figure out what the issue is. Staff said it is because of customers not knowing how to put their shower curtain, but it seems more like a……

“It was advertised as pool and hot tub but the hot tub has a plant garden in it.”

“It sucks to write this because the front desk associate was nice and only charged us a fee for one dog when we had two, but we didn't end up staying in the room. The smell of smoke and urine immediately hit us when we opened the door. They offered some spray to help, but no spray was going to help with that, and there were no more rooms for us to move into. The price is eye catching, and one room isn't representative of the whole establishment, but beware when booking.”
