By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. From the reception staff, to housekeeping, restaurant servers and concierge team, they were all EXCEPTIONAL. The room is clean and very spacious. Beds are also very comfortable. We can open all 3 luggages without feeling squeezed. Hotel is well connected to 2 metro lines via an underground passage and provides free shuttle to Shinjuku train station. If only it is connected to the JR main line, it will be perfect.

Being close to the shops and the bars of Shinjuku, but far enough away to have a quiet setting is fantastic. The hotel is very well maintained, the staff are really helpful and the dining options are very good with lots of options.

Stayed in an executive room. V roomy by Tokyo standards. Exec lounge was fantastic...nice views, good food and staff. St George's bar staff were v helpful, concierge extremely helpful. If ever back in Tokyo would stay again. High floor good views.

Staff were amazing rooms outstanding would recommend booking the executive lounge for the cocktails from 5-7pm. Rooftop bar was also a nice touch !!
