"This was a convenient place to stay at during our 15-day visit to Japan with at 3 different locations. We stayed 2 days here. This one was walking distance from Shibuya and very close to the train station. I was traveling by train so I don't know how the parking situation was. I did have an issue checking-in because the code wasn't working and to contact the person took quite some time (like 10-15 minutes) so for a while we were outside wondering what to do if the directions were not working....

"Really special little apartment in Shibuya. Not a far walk from Shibuya station and Google Maps will bring you to the apartment easily. It is on a slopey part of Shibuya so walking from Shibuya station to the apartment with luggages can be a bit tiring up the slopes. The apartment itself is small but they managed to squeeze in 6 beds and a very spacious toilet/shower/laundry area. We did have to close up our luggages and store it in between the beds at night so that there is space to sit around...

"We really enjoyed our stay and the area surrounding our accommodation. The building even had a great bar and one of the best clothing stores around the area."

"Clean room, hard bed (take your own pillow for a better nights sleep) room was serviced everyday. Nice staff, busy cafe downstairs that had good food. Convenient to the subway, shops, transport etc…."
"Staff should improve their English, but they try to do everything is possible to help you. The Hotel is super clean, Shibuya Crossing is 2 blocks away, a lot of restaurants around, and on the first floor, the green line of the subway is a few meters away; it is a very safe area, there is a room in front of the elevator, in the floor 10 or 9, that have a collection of vinyl disc (a kind of music room) whre you can go and play a vinyl disc."
"A stay we’ll never forget—for all the right reasons!
My husband and I visited Japan for the first time, and Tokyo was our starting point. We chose to stay at Lyf, and I’m so glad we did. The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to explore. Check-in was seamless, the staff were friendly, spoke English, and the service was simply superb.
Now for the story that sealed the deal: My husband had one job, don’t forget the $500 he put away in the safe. Of course, he forgot. He had one job. He only realized this after arriving in Kyoto. I emailed Lyf, and not only did they confirm they found the money, they arranged for it to be sent by courier the very next day, to the hotel we were staying at in Kyoto. Honest, professional, and just outstanding service all around.
You truly can’t go wrong staying here."
"The room was smaller than I expected and smaller than it appeared in the photos online, but it had everything we needed, and we made it work. For the price and location, this place is hard to beat. The Wi-Fi was fast. I appreciated the free umbrellas available in the lobby for guests to use. The front desk staff were also very accommodating and they arranged two rooms next to each other for us, while other hotels on our trip had placed us on different floors.
A few minor downsides: the trash bins in the room were quite small and filled up quickly. The shower was very compact, and the shower head was positioned quite low, which made it a bit uncomfortable for people of average height. Dryers in the laundry room were not efficient as our clothes were still wet after."
"Great location in Shibuya. Room was nice, great view from the park side. Very walkable and also conveniently located between Shibuya scramble and Harajuku. "
